The following is an investment/layout for the rental/use

of advertising space with Czuprynski Racing Team

The previous 2008 Cup Lites Racing Season had:

7 races - Northern Cup Lites Touring Series

- 4 in New York: Holland Speedway

- 3 in Ontario: Mosport Speedway, Grand Bend Speedway, Peterborough Speedway

11 races - Southern Cup Lites Series

- 11 in Alabama: South Alabama Speedway

- which included 1 Open (non points) Race: The Rattler

A variety of car shows and events

(Including McKinley Mall, Corning and Watkins Glen)

Primary Entire Season Advertiser may initial next to added changes on car’s appearance.

Note: Sam’s Club Elite was on the car only in respect for the company, in which the driver is regularly employed,

Also the Knights of St. John Emblem was on the Hood in respect to an organization in which the team is currently members.

All Entire Season Levels of Advertising Includes Name and/or Logo on Czuprynski Racing Team:

Race Car Areas as agreed, Car Hauler, Web Site with Links to Advertiser’s Web Site,

Business Cards, and Schedule Handouts/Picture Cards.

Primary Entire Season Levels of Advertising Includes Name and/or Logo

On Crew Team: Shirts, Caps and Jackets.

Which may include Caps/Shirts with Company Name and/or Logo that your Company may already have available if desired (Due to corresponding costs of layout and embroidery work).

Agreement includes limited use of racecar and/or team in any of your company advertising, promotions or on products during season sponsorship tenure. Display of racecar and/or team at your various locations/shows within reasonable area of race events as time schedule would allow. (Longer travels distances will be considered but may require additional accommodations.) Racing is adherently a dangerous sport and since your business is only renting advertising space for the 2008 season, your business will not be held responsible by any team member for any injuries or damage resulting from an actual race event. When displaying the racecar at your place of business all safety precautions and local ordinances need to be adhered too, to insure no person is injured or vehicle/display area is damaged.

Ticket Packages and Discounts on Tickets depending on availability and/or race sites.

Czuprynski Racing Team is not responsible for event cancellations due to weather/etc. as in each event is determined and promoted by N/S Cup Lites Inc., Holland Speedway and/or Other Race Facility or Location’s special events coordinator.

Czuprynski Racing Team will attempt to display racecar/driver at various locations/shows as coordinated, but may be limited to the availability of the car due to after race condition (i.e. accidents – paint shop, collision repairs) and/or driver (i.e. illness, regular work schedule, etc.).
